Everyone was very friendly and nice.

The dealership and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly. They were easy to relate with and made sure to find the best deals, rebates, and vehicle to meet my budget and needs. Very relaxed atmosphere even offering to come back in a couple days to think about things to take for test drives and prep the vehicle before taking home to prevent long waits at the dealership. Unlike many other dealerships that are very pushy to make a sale and pressure into making bad financial decisions to favor their quota.

Overall, mostly positive experience. The one, huge negative is when sitting in the waiting area, I can hear the technicians conversation. Their language is vulgar and they make zero effort to lower their voices. It also is very disrespectful towards the individuals they are talking about. Given this is a place where customers have to wait, you should probably have training on appropriate conversations that can be over heard.
